The location is a major plus, being just a
Short distance from key attractions like the Colosseum and Termini station. Especially Manuela and Stephanie. The room was on the smaller side, and soundproofing could be improved.

Great location just a short walk from key attractions, made exploring the city easy. Staff were generally helpful, especially during check-in as they provided great local tips. The bed was comfortable, but pillows were flat. The room was clean, albeit small, expected. There were maintenance issues like poor sound insulation. I could hear noise from the street at night. Breakfast offered limited options. A bit more variety would be welcome. WiFi was a bit erratic. Nice having a market nearby. Would recommend for budget travelers but with the caveat of some inconveniences.

Quick check-in and great customer service. Exceptionally comfortable beds, an electronic key card, a flat screen TV and a writing desk in the room. Good breakfast - 3 star level. Location so close to the tourist sites as well as Close to train station.

Location was great. staff was friendly
Breakfast was terrible. There was no water or even a kettle in the room. There was no iron in the room which is understandable, but there was no provision of an iron in the hotel as well. the option was to use an extremely overpriced laundry nearby. Overall it was also very pricey and we found more spacious hotels in the same location for the same or lower price

Each morning, we savored bakery-fresh cornettos while enjoying the cozy atmosphere. The evening jazz music in the lounge added a relaxed touch to our stay, making the experience nice.

Staff is helpful and friendly and it is very close to the Rome Termini train station.
The rooms are very small, and the walls are very thin, so it is extremely noisy and not for light sleepers.

It was in a good location, close to the bus and close to many of Romes attractions.
It was very expensive for what it was. Room was very tiny and dated, they charged 5 euro for internet and it barely worked. Breakfast was poor. Not much variety or selection.

I really could've used an upgrade as compensation, but that woudl ve been too much to expect, I suppose.

Very good value for money in a good location close to railway station and bus route to main sights (or walk). Excellent breakfast and very helpful staff. Have stayed here many times in last 7 years on holiday trips to Europe.
Having to pay for room safe key. Safe is installed in room so costs nothing to hotel if I use key or not. Why not have a key deposit instead to ensure key return.

Hard to think of anything without adding further information.

Close to the central train station in Rome. Close to Coliseum too. The breakfest was very nice and for free.
Room very small, but well cleaned.
